Client Requirements

Intercontinental Hotels wanted a reliable and innovative company to support them with one of their largest renovations in Vietnam at their 5* hotel within Nha Trang, Vietnam. This included renovations to their hotel in the lobby, restaurant, back and front of house and kitchen areas, as well as further renovations to their residential arm.

Our Solutions

This was an extremely large project in which BM Group led on floorings, paintwork, sheet work and furniture. This project required in excess of 2000 workers contracted and suitably skilled to complete the work to the highest of standards. We worked in conjunction with world-renowned design teams from Thailand to ensure the build met the design specifications and vice versa. We used our international connections to obtain the very best international furniture to ensure Interncontinental remained the leader for 5* luxury in the city of Nha Trang.

BM International Groups planning and project team were also integral to the project ensuring downtime and waiting of supplies were kept at a minimum so that the completion date and budgets were met.
